Are you a Psychologist looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference — without sacrificing your own wellbeing? integratedliving is looking for a compassionate and motivated Psychologist to join our Allied Health team in the Hunter Region, working part time across 3 days per week. This is an opportunity to step away from high-volume appointments and rigid schedules and focus on what matters most — building meaningful relationships and helping people live healthier, happier and more connected lives. Working within your local community, you’ll support older Australians experiencing a range of psychological, emotional and wellbeing needs, helping them maintain their independence, resilience and quality of life.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • 3 days per week across Monday to Friday – create genuine space for life outside of work
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 to help increase your take-home pay
  • Structure your working day the way you want
  • Work with a diverse and manageable community-based caseload
  • Build genuine therapeutic relationships rather than feeling driven by appointment volume
  • Be part of a supportive multidisciplinary Allied Health team
  • Access ongoing professional development and clinical support
  • Make a meaningful difference to older Australians across the Hunter Region

Your Role

As a Psychologist with integratedliving, you’ll provide person-centred psychological support that helps our clients maintain their emotional wellbeing, independence and connection to their community.

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention
  • Develop individualised treatment and support plans based on each client’s needs and goals
  • Support clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological challenges
  • Help clients build resilience, confidence and strategies to enhance their overall wellbeing
  • Develop meaningful and trusted therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers and other health professionals where appropriate
  • Collaborate with our RNs, Social Workers, other Psychologists, Care Partners and broader Allied Health team
  • Contribute your clinical expertise while maintaining autonomy over your day-to-day practice

This is a role where you can work independently while still feeling connected to a team that genuinely values collaboration and clinical expertise.

Benefits, Perks & Wellbeing

  • Salary Packaging – Reduce your taxable income by up to $15,900 and potentially increase your take-home pay.
  • Technology & Travel Support – We’ll provide the tools you need, including an iPad, phone and home-office setup, plus travel reimbursement or access to pool vehicles.
  • Extensive Induction & Support – Feel confident from the beginning with comprehensive onboarding, orientation and support from an experienced team.
  • Professional Growth – Continue developing your clinical skills through professional development, team meetings and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Multidisciplinary Connection – Work alongside a broad network of Allied Health and community care professionals, sharing knowledge and delivering truly holistic care.
  • A Culture That Values Wellbeing – Join a warm, values-led organisation where flexibility, wellbeing and your contribution genuinely matter.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who values meaningful client relationships and enjoys the autonomy of working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team.

  • You will hold current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • Be passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred psychological care
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be confident working autonomously and managing your own caseload
  • Value collaboration and a multidisciplinary approach to care
  • Be committed to helping older Australians maintain their wellbeing, independence and quality of life

A Psychology Career With More Space for You
