We have regular weekday shifts available across the Illawarra region (Bombo, Broughton Village, Curramore, Gerringong, Jamberoo, Kiama, Kiama Heights, Stanwell Park, Helensburgh, Coledale, Wombarra, Scarborough, Clifton, Otford, Madden Plains), with services starting between 7am – 9am.

A Day in the Life

No two days are ever the same! You’ll be supporting clients in their homes and out in the community with things like:

• Companionship – a friendly chat can brighten someone’s whole day
• Domestic assistance – light cleaning to keep homes safe and comfortable
• Transport – helping with appointments or grocery runs
• Meal prep – preparing simple, nutritious meals
• Meaningful moments – supporting hobbies, social connection, and independence

📍 Location: Illawarra 1x worker in these preferred areas: Bombo, Broughton Village, Curramore, Gerringong, Jamberoo, Kiama, Kiama Heights.

🕒 Availability: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting others
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable car, current driver’s licence & comprehensive car insurance
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
