integratedliving Australia is on the lookout for a vibrant Wellness Centre Coordinator to lead our amazing team at the Launceston Wellness Centre. If you’re all about building connections, supporting older Aussies, and bringing energy to everything you do — we want to hear from you!

The Role

Location: Launceston Wellness Centre
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Yep, no weekends!)
Pay: $64,465 + 12% super + up to $18.5K salary packaging

As our Wellness Centre Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the centre — leading with purpose, creating a welcoming space, and helping older Australians live their healthiest, happiest lives.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Centre Vibes: Keep things running smoothly and make the centre feel like home
• Client Fun: Support clients with fitness and social programs that spark joy
• Event Magic: Plan awesome activities like group workouts, morning teas, and wellness events
• Community Love: Build strong local connections with GPs, businesses, and community groups
• Group Groove: Use your PT skills to help run fun, functional movement sessions

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in fitness, customer service, or gym management
• Top-notch communication and people skills
• A go-getter attitude and love for community wellbeing
• Friendly, approachable energy and a team spirit

Must-Haves

• Cert IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
• AUSactive registration (or keen to get it)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
• Driver’s licence + reliable transport
• Willing to travel locally (within 30 mins)
• Open to getting an International Police Check if needed
