About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support the smooth and accurate delivery of our receivables processes. This is a part‑time position working Wednesday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and stability.
You’ll handle client payments, invoicing and enquiries with confidence, ensuring reliable data and positive interactions across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client payments using the CBA Simplify portal
- Assist with fortnightly and monthly client invoicing
- Support the debt collection cycle, including statements, reminders and follow‑up calls
- Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate data entry, registers and documentation
- Monitor data integrity and contribute to process improvements
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ Accounts Receivable experience
- Solid understanding of AR processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume environment
- Solid computer skills and confidence learning new systems
