About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support the smooth and accurate delivery of our receivables processes. This is a part‑time position working Wednesday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and stability.

You’ll handle client payments, invoicing and enquiries with confidence, ensuring reliable data and positive interactions across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client payments using the CBA Simplify portal
• Assist with fortnightly and monthly client invoicing
• Support the debt collection cycle, including statements, reminders and follow‑up calls
• Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate data entry, registers and documentation
• Monitor data integrity and contribute to process improvements

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ Accounts Receivable experience
• Solid understanding of AR processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume environment
• Solid computer skills and confidence learning new systems
