Customer Service Officer – Max Term Contract (12 Months, Mon/Thu/Fri 9:30am–5:30pm) – integratedliving, Carrington
Are you a customer service professional who enjoys helping people and making a genuine difference? integratedliving is seeking a friendly, reliable, and solution-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Carrington Contact Centre on a 12-month max term contract, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time hours while contributing to a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation that supports communities across Australia.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, Support Workers, and community vendors. You’ll provide accurate information, respond to enquiries, and deliver compassionate support—often to people navigating complex or sensitive situations. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, where your work has real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
