This is an opportunity to step away from high-volume appointments and rigid schedules and focus on what matters most — building meaningful relationships and helping people live healthier, happier and more connected lives. Working within your local community, you’ll support older Australians experiencing a range of psychological, emotional and wellbeing needs, helping them maintain their independence, resilience and quality of life.
Whether you’re an experienced Psychologist looking for greater flexibility or seeking a role where you can enjoy more meaningful client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

- Salary packaging up to $15,900 to help increase your take-home pay
- Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in how you structure your working day
- Work with a diverse and manageable community-based caseload
- Build genuine therapeutic relationships rather than feeling driven by appointment volume
