Your role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, ensuring they are correctly coded, matched to purchase orders, and processed within required timeframes.

Managing a high volume of invoices you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, follow up on missing purchase orders, and maintain the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable function. Using your strong attention to detail and sound judgement, you will ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

About You:

You are a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You take pride in delivering accurate work, building strong relationships, and finding solutions to problems.

You will also have:

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience, with exposure to invoice coding, purchase orders and high-volume processing
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills, with confidence learning new systems (TechnologyOne experience is highly regarded)
  • Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and accurate data entry capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to following up and resolving queries
  • Home Care or Aged Care experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive and collaborative team

Ability to self-manage in a 100% work-from-home environment and a satisfactory Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) are required.

Offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role attracts a salary of $68,488 + super.
