About the Role
As Care Administration Lead, you will guide the team responsible for managing referrals, funding portals, and service coordination. You will optimise administrative workflows, streamline processes, and support a smooth client journey, ensuring timely access to services.
This is a full-time (38 hrs/week), maximum term contract linked to a pilot program, with potential extension for high performers. Hours are 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday, and the role is fully work from home.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor Care Administration Officers to achieve team and client-focused outcomes.

Oversee administrative workflows to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely client service delivery.

Manage funding portal data and coordinate sub-contracted services.

Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Care Navigation, Operations, Concierge, and other teams to support seamless client journeys.

Act as the escalation point for administrative issues affecting client services.

Monitor compliance, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity.
About You
You are a capable, organised leader with experience managing operational processes and a team in the community care, health, or aged care sectors. You are proactive, solution-focused, and committed to improving client experience.
What You Bring

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Cert IV+) or significant people management experience in a care or community services setting.

Proven success in leading teams to achieve client-focused outcomes.

Experience managing operational processes, resolving barriers, and improving service delivery.

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel if required.

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
