About the Role

  • Oversee administrative workflows to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely client service delivery.

  • Manage funding portal data and coordinate sub-contracted services.

  • Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Care Navigation, Operations, Concierge, and other teams to support seamless client journeys.

  • Act as the escalation point for administrative issues affecting client services.

  • Monitor compliance, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity.

About You

You are a capable, organised leader with experience managing operational processes and a team in the community care, health, or aged care sectors. You are proactive, solution-focused, and committed to improving client experience.

What You Bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Cert IV+) or significant people management experience in a care or community services setting.

  • Proven success in leading teams to achieve client-focused outcomes.

  • Experience managing operational processes, resolving barriers, and improving service delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel if required.

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Why Join Us?

  • Lead a purpose-driven team delivering high-quality services across regional Australia.

  • Fully remote working within standard business hours.

  • Opportunity for contract extension based on performance.

  • Supportive, collaborative culture with development opportunities.
