What you'll Enjoy:

What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needs
- Complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care
- Empower clients through education and promote health and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
- Division One RN, registered with APHRA & minimum 1 year of experience in community, aged care, or acute settings
- Proficient use of technology, including mobile platforms and provision of telehealth services.
- Police check or NDIS workers check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community
