integratedliving operates a vibrant Customer Service Centre in Carrington, and due to internal growth, we’re looking for 4 enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to join our team!

Available Options:

• Max Term Contract – 6 months – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 1:00pm–6:00pm

• Permanent Full-Time – 7-day rotating roster

• Max Term Contract – 6 months (Full-Time) – Monday–Friday

• Max Term Contract – 12 month – Monday, Thursday, Friday | 9:30am–5:30pm

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, community vendors, and Support Workers, providing information, support, and a friendly experience. You’ll work in a motivated, supportive team where every interaction counts.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional customer service skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude

• Can sensitively handle complaints and support clients who may be distressed

• Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-changing industry

• Can record conversations accurately and efficiently in our database

• Demonstrates kindness and compassion, even when dealing with challenging situations

• Is available to work within the roster options above
