integratedliving operates a fantastic Customer Service Centre based in our contact centre in Carrington.  Due to some internal movements, we are now on the lookout for 4 new customer service legends to join us!

Available Options

  • Permanent Part-Time Role – Enjoy stability with a long-term position must be available Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays.
  • Fixed-Term Full-Time Contract – Ideal for those seeking full-time hours for a 6 or 12 month period.
  • Fixed-Term Part-Time Contract – Perfect for balancing work with other commitments for a period of 6 months with available Monday to Thursday.

Our Customer Service Officers work within a motivated and supportive team, and provide our current and potential clients, community vendors and Support Workers in the field with excellent service.

As a Customer Service Officer with integratedliving, you will be the first point of contact for information on services, packages, and all things integratedliving!

If you value exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude and commitment to providing the best care to our clients. As well as;

  • The ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Open to change and easily adaptable to an ever-changing industry
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve complaints and feedback from clients
  • Quickly and accurately recording a brief summary of conversations into a database
  • Being kind and compassionate toward people that need assistance, even when they are not having the best day
  • Rotating roster with shifts starting from 6am and finishing at 7.30pm (must be available weekends)
  • A role that will challenge your and give you the potential to grow a career in a stable industry want to hear from you! 
  • Do you have exceptional customer service skills?
  • Can you sensitively take a compliant from a distressed person?
  • Can you quickly and accurately record a brief summary of conversations in a database?
  • Do you understand that some people need assistance, even when they are not having the best days?
