What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver goal-driven interventions that boost independence, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and co-design care plans that make a measurable difference.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case conferencing with our incredible team of nurses, allied health professionals, case managers, and support workers.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy, backed by mentoring and clinical governance support.
• Use your clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving to help clients achieve their functional goals.
• Travel within your region — we’ll sort you out KM reimbursement.

Who We’re Looking For

• AHPRA registered: OT, Physio, Podiatrist, Dietitian, or Psychologist.
• Social Workers with tertiary qualifications and eligibility for AASW membership.
• Clinicians who bring both clinical expertise and heart to their practice.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary model of care.
• Curious, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional growth.
