A Day in the Life of a Support Worker based in the Far North Coast, Ballina, region
Every day looks a little different—flexibility is key.
7:30 AM – Coffee in hand, ready to roll. Plans change? No stress—I’m off to help Mrs. Jones with her morning routine.
8:00 AM – Personal care and medication support. She’s showered, dressed, and glowing—ready to meet friends.
8:30 AM – Back on the road with my playlist pumping. Two more personal care visits done and dusted.
11:00 AM – Domestic assistance at Mr. Bruno’s. A quick chat, then I’m into cleaning, cooking, and making his space shine.
1:00 PM – Final stop: shopping with Mr. Kent. We find specials, swap recipes, share laughs—and a few classic dad jokes.
3:30 PM – Groceries away, fridge full, and four happy clients later—I log my notes and head home, feeling proud.
