What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support a remote team of anywhere from 25 to 35 Support Workers
• Drive team culture, performance, and professional growth
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
• Champion innovation and service improvements
• Celebrate wins and foster a positive, inclusive environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Cert IV in Community Care or strong leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead remote teams with confidence
• Tech-savvy and great with people
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to take initiative
• Current driver’s licence and police check
