As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you’re the steady, trusted coordinator behind the scenes making sure those supports are delivered with consistency, care and quality.
This role are fully remote, with strong virtual connection to local frontline teams - however this role is managing a team based in Hobart.

You lead and support a team of Support Workers, guiding their performance and ensuring they have what they need to deliver safe, person‑centred services. You’re not managing rosters — that’s what our dedicated Scheduling team is for.
Your focus is where it should be: people, outcomes and quality.
What you’ll be doing
In this leadership role, you’ll spend your time:
- Coaching and supporting Support Workers with clear expectations and guidance
- Partnering with the Scheduling team to ensure efficient, meaningful rosters
- Navigating and resolving service delivery issues calmly and effectively
- Ensuring all safety, quality and compliance standards are met
- Maintaining accurate documentation and operational records
This is a role for someone who thrives on judgement, consistency and follow‑through.

You’ll report directly to the Service Delivery Manager and work within clear structures and frameworks — giving you the balance of support, clarity and autonomy.
