Your role
As a Physiotherapist with integratedliving, you’ll deliver high‑quality, in‑home services through the Support at Home Program, helping clients achieve the goals that matter most to them.
You will:
- Assess and plan care via telehealth or face‑to‑face visits
- Support clients with rehabilitation, mobility, strength, balance and independence
- Work with complex and rewarding cases that genuinely change lives
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility and trust
- Primarily provide 1:1 care, with opportunities to contribute to group wellness programs

- AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist
- Passionate about person‑centred care
- Strong communicator who can motivate and empower clients
- Comfortable working independently with team support
- Holds a Police Check, WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Driver’s Licence
- A proactive learner who values growth and innovation
