Are you seeking a dynamic, fast-paced role where you can make a real difference – all from the comfort of your own home? integratedliving Australia is currently recruiting a Scheduling Officer to join our dedicated team, supporting the delivery of essential care services to clients across rural, regional, and remote communities.

Position Overview

  • Full Time- 8 months contract
  • Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:36pm. 76hrs per fortnight. 
  • Flexibility to work from home

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for community support workers, ensuring optimal service delivery
  • Respond proactively to staff absences by providing effective and timely solutions
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal teams to maintain seamless service
  • Prepare accurate reports and updates as required
  • Uphold integratedliving’s commitment to excellence in client care and customer service

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering for a workforce of 30+ staff
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of rostering computer systems and Microsoft 365
