About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide in-home and community-based support to our clients across Maitland and surrounding suburbs. Your day may include:

• Personal care and medication assistance

• Domestic assistance (light cleaning, laundry, meal prep)

• Social support and companionship

• Transport and shopping assistance

• Updating visit notes easily via our mobile app

You’ll work Monday to Friday between 7am–7pm (flexible availability encouraged), enjoying part-time hours that fit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for helping people live independently

• A friendly, reliable, and compassionate approach

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care (or equivalent)

• Current driver’s licence, reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance

• WWCC and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work apps
