Support Worker Opportunity - Caloundra & Surrounds
Permanent Part‑Time - min 30 hrs/fortnight
Where You’ll Work
Visiting clients in the and around Caloundra and nearby suburbs including Aroona, Birtinya, Buddina, Currimundi, Dicky Beach, Golden Beach, Little Mountain, Meridan Plains, Minyama, Moffat Beach, Parrearra, Pelican Waters, Warana and Wurtulla.
Your Schedule
- Guaranteed 30 hours per fortnight
- Ideally Monday, Wednesday & Friday - We’re flexible—bring as much availability as you can and we’ll work with you.
- Service windows:
- Your day can start between 7am – 9am and finishing anywhere around 1pm–5pm
Your Pay & Benefits
- $36.23/hr + 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 (boost your take‑home pay)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Domestic Assistance — Light cleaning and helping clients feel comfortable at home.
- Personal Care — Showering, dressing and grooming with dignity and respect.
- Transport Support — Getting clients to appointments, errands and shopping.
- Meal Preparation — Simple meals or batch cooking to support daily living.
- Medication Support — Helping clients stay on track with their routines.
- Companionship — Building trust, sharing moments, and bringing positivity into someone’s day.
What It’s Really Like
No two days look the same. You might start with a morning routine, then head out for groceries or appointments, followed by a check‑in with another client across the beautiful Sunshine Coast. It’s flexible, fast‑paced, and incredibly rewarding—your support genuinely transforms someone’s day.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)
- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle (fleet vehicle also available)
- Willingness to obtain insurance, WWCC, First Aid/CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Confidence using smartphones and digital systems
