You’ll work with a diverse range of clients—both male and female, many of whom are elderly or have specific care needs—and they value a calm, confident, and caring presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, meaningful work, and building strong relationships with clients.

Position Details:

  • Role: Permanent part-time Support Worke

  • Availability: 4 days/ week including every Friday

  • Locations: Wyong and surrounding areas

  • Travel: Required between client homes

A Day in the Life

No two days are ever the same! You’ll be supporting clients in their homes and out in the community with things like:

  • Companionship – a friendly chat can brighten someone’s whole day
  • Domestic assistance – cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting to keep homes safe and comfortable
  • Transport – helping with appointments or grocery runs
  • Meal prep – preparing simple, nutritious meals
  • Meaningful moments – supporting hobbies, social connection, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with older adults
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable car, current driver’s licence & comprehensive car insurance
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
