Customer Service Officer – Max Term Contract (6 Months, Tue–Thu 1pm–6pm) – integratedliving, Carrington

Are you passionate about helping people and making a real difference in your community? integratedliving is seeking a friendly, motivated, and solution-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Carrington Contact Centre on a 6-month contract, Tuesday to Thursday 1pm–6pm. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation in a flexible, part-time role.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer at integratedliving, you will be the first point of contact for clients, Support Workers, and community vendors. You’ll provide accurate information about our services, respond to queries, and offer compassionate support to those who need it most. You’ll join a motivated and collaborative team, where every interaction matters and your contribution directly impacts the wellbeing of our community.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, solution-focused attitude

  • Handle complaints and challenging situations sensitively and professionally

  • Record and maintain accurate client interactions and updates in our database

  • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and problem-solve when needed

  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture that values every team member
